These terms cover your use of this payment site and the deposit and balance payments you make on it. The training itself is covered by the course terms we give you before you enrol.
About these terms
This website is operated by Renzo Skills Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17084776.
By paying on this site you accept these terms and our refund and cancellation policy. If you do not accept them, please do not make a payment.
Who can pay a deposit
Deposits are for applicants who have been offered a place on a Renzo programme after their admissions interview. Please pay using the email address you applied with, so we can match your payment to your offer.
If a deposit is paid by someone who has not been offered a place, we will refund it in full.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling. The price of a programme depends on the cohort start date you choose and is shown as a deposit and a remaining balance, which together make up the programme total.
The price shown when you pay your deposit is the price you pay. If our prices change later, the balance you owe does not.
If your card is issued in another currency, Stripe may offer to charge you in that currency. That choice is optional and any conversion is between you, Stripe and your card provider.
Your place on a cohort
Each cohort has a limited number of places, currently four.
When you go to the checkout page, a place is held for you for 30 minutes while you pay. If you do not complete the payment in that time, the place is released.
Your place is reserved once your deposit payment has gone through. We will confirm this on screen and Stripe will email you a receipt.
Paying the balance
The remaining balance is due by the end of the day before your cohort starts. You must have paid in full before your first day.
After you pay your deposit we give you a personal link for paying the balance. It already shows your cohort and the amount due. Please keep it private, because anyone with the link can see those details.
If your balance has not been paid by the due date, we will contact you to discuss it.
How payments are processed
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Renzo.
Your card provider may charge its own fees, for example for foreign transactions. These are not set or received by Renzo.
Cancellations and refunds
How you can cancel, and what is refunded, is set out in our refund and cancellation policy. It includes your legal right to cancel within 14 days.
Information on this site
We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will always be available.
Cohort dates and the number of places left are shown as they stand when the page loads, and can change while you are on it.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, images and design, belongs to Renzo Skills Ltd or to our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so, including our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable, or for any business loss, arising from your use of this site.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
